NuGet Install Error: Unable to download the list of available providers. Check your internet connection.

When installing NuGet and you get the error:
WARNING: Unable to download the list of available providers. Check your internet connection.

It could be TLS issue, try the command:
[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12

And then retry again:
